Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational management and business consulting, Rosetta teaches professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs how to create lives they absolutely love.
Rosetta began her career in the nonprofit sector, where she spent over a decade as a fundraising professional and leadership development practitioner, helping middle managers learn the skills to become successful CEOs – before making a bold pivot to launch her own business.
What started as a “side hustle” quickly turned into a thriving coaching, consulting and speaking business. In less than two years, she replaced her salary and left her job to work for herself full time.
The following year, she got rid of all her belongings, ended her apartment lease and achieved her dream of becoming a “digital nomad.”
For 5 years, she traveled the world with just a suitcase and a laptop, living and working from her “bucket list” destinations of Hawaii, Greece, Italy, France, Spain, Mexico, Bali and more!
Fast forward to today and Rosetta has built a global coaching brand, empowering thousands of people around the world to create lives of happiness, success and freedom.
Known for blending mindset mastery and success principles with real-world business strategy, Rosetta delivers keynotes, workshops and retreats on vision, purpose, leadership and entrepreneurship.
To date, she has spoken at more than 200 events for a variety of audiences, including small businesses, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, associations, young professionals organizations, employee resource groups, entrepreneur programs, and colleges and universities.
Rosetta is the Founder and CEO of Happy Black Woman® and the host of a top podcast with over 1 million downloads. Rosetta holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and has taught leadership, business and marketing as an Adjunct Professor. Her advice and insight has been featured in SUCCESS Magazine, Entrepreneur, Essence and Black Enterprise.
When she’s not coaching or speaking, you can find Rosetta traveling to the next place on her bucket list, cooking a new recipe, dancing to 80s music or watching yet another true crime show.
She lives in Washington, DC with her husband, Jacarl.
